G&B serves a number of local business clients.  It assists in the formation of corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships.  G&B has drafted numerous contracts including developing forms for use in standardized transactions.  When employment issues arise, G&B can draw on its extensive litigation experience in this area to advise clients of possible risks and solutions.  G&B also handled a number of disputes between the owners/founders of businesses. 

G&B does not handle tax or securities law issues.
